We have added a healthy twist to the traditional eggless semolina pasta by marrying it with whole wheat to give it that extra fibre and protein! For the times when you do not want to compromise on either health or taste. This very versatile pasta is made with a combination of organic whole wheat and organic semolina, rolled into ribbons and dried using time tested techniques at low temperatures to maintain the integrity and benefits of our handpicked ingredients.
Cooking Method:
1. Bring a pot of water to boil; add salt to boiling water
2. Add pasta to salted boiling water, stir gently occasionally
3. Al dente in 6-7 minutes. Once done toss straight into sauce for best results. Best eaten immediately after cooking.
