Our spicy chilli dip is made with a blend of dried Kashmiri and Guntur chillies with a hint of garlic for your pungent taste senses. Use with soups, noodles and pasta or as a dip with spring rolls and dimsums.
Step 1: Boil Noodles with 1 - 2 tsp of salt. Drain and lace with oil and keep aside.
Step 2: Add two tbsp of the Chilli paste, 1 Tbsp of Vinegar and 1 tbsp of Soya Sauce and mix well
Step 3: Stir fry vegetables & prawns/fish in a hot wok with oil and the chilli paste mixture.
Step 4: Toss in the noodles until coated completely with the Chilli dip mix.
Step 5: Adjust seasoning. Garnish with Spring onion and serve.
