Our ready to cook Aglio Olio Dip is prepared by slow cooking garlic, olive oil and a balanced blend of Italian herbs and spices. It is ideal for marination of meats & seafood. Toss it with pasta, add it to stir fry vegetables or simply dip with bread.
Step 1 : Wash and pat dry your choice of fish or seafood.
Step 2: Add 2-3 tablespoon of the Aglio Olio dip and marinade for 15-20 minutes.
Step 3: Pan sear your marinated fish/seafood for 4-5 minutes on each side or until cooked, adding a pinch of sea salt to each side while cooking.
Step 4: Squeeze lemon and garnish with coriander/parsley & serve.
